Travelling with a pet

Travel in Europe:

For safety reasons, we cannot transport any pets on our buses. The only exception to this are service animals.

Travelling with a bicycle

Bike Transportation on a bike carrier

You can take your bicycle with you if it is of standard size, without add-ons and weighs a maximum of 20kg.

During cycling season, many of our buses have bike racks. Please add your bicycle during the booking process.

Fees will apply.

For journeys in Australia, please note:

Bikes (non-foldable) can be added during the booking process, but bike racks are not available. 

Bikes will be transported in the luggage compartment, and passengers must provide their own bike cover.

Folding bicycles

Folding bicycles can be transported in their special transportation case and stored in the luggage compartment. When you book your trip add it as special luggage. Fees will apply.

You can also add it afterward via Manage My Booking

Please note that we cannot guarantee a spot for your bike due to limited space capacity.

For safety reasons, bicycles, like luggage, can only be transported with their owner.

E-bikes and e-rollers are not allowed on buses.


Travelling with a musical instrument

Musical instruments that fit within the maximum dimensions for a small soft bag or backpack 42x 30x 18 cm, max. 7 kg can be taken on board in place of your allocated small soft bag or backpack.

Musical instruments that are larger than the small soft bag or backpack dimensions are considered as special luggage and are transported in the luggage compartment. Fees will apply.

We recommend transporting your musical instrument in a hard-shell case.

Musical instruments (including cases) that are larger than 135 x 48 x 35 cm cannot be transported (e.g. double bass).


My ride is operated by an external partner

Rides operated by external partners might have different travel policies. You can identify these rides when the partner's name appears on the left side of the booking process and on your ticket
