Travel in Europe:
Your travelling companion or service dog can travel for free upon presentation of a medical or official certificate (for example, in Germany, the Schwerbehindertenausweis) stating that their presence is required at all times.
After you have completed your booking, we book a place for your traveling companion or your service dog. You just need to contact our Customer Service at the latest 36 hours before departure by requesting the service animal or companion person registration via the "Start chat" option below.
Please note that:
• you must be able to present the certificate at the bus to prove your need for assistance
• for travel with a service dog, you must present a document proving that your dog has completed a recognized training as a guide dog.
• if you need to make a reservation for a child passenger with reduced mobility and a companion, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance. In this case, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team at least 1 week before your planned departure date.

Travel in Australia:
Your traveling companion or service animal travel completely for free upon presentation of an official/medical certificate regarding your disability.
Your companion person must present a Companion Card (issued under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992).
Your service animal must be certified by a recognized association, have a collar/tag with their registration number, be trained for travel, and remain tethered during the journey.
• You must supply absorbent matting and be able to meet the animal's needs during travel.
After you have completed your booking, we will book a place for your service animal or companion person. You just need to contact our Customer Service at the latest 24 hours before departure.
Please note that:
• you must be able to present the required certificates at the bus to prove your need for assistance.

In this case, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team at least 1 week before your planned departure date.
