You can find your 10-digit booking number on the screen after finishing your booking or in one of these places:
Email & Ticket
If you provided an email during booking, you were sent a confirmation email showing your booking number. The email also includes your ticket file, where the number is displayed at the top.
WhatsApp / SMS message
If you provided your phone number during booking, you were sent a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp showing your booking number.
Flix App
If you’re using the Flix App, you can also find the booking number there. Open your booked trip and select the tab "General Info": your booking number is listed at the top of this section.
You can always download or request a new booking confirmation via our website by clicking on “Resend my booking confirmation” and enter the email address or phone number used during booking.
At the end of the online booking, a confirmation will appear on your screen. Check it carefully so that if you notice any mistake you can quickly change it in Manage my Booking or by contacting us below.
If you notice that you made a mistake in your booking, you can cancel it for free up to 60 minutes after completing the booking. This rule does not include trips that have already been changed.
You can use the same link to make changes up to 15 minutes before your departure time.
You can change your booking on Manage My Booking.
Passenger name. You can correct small typos free of charge. Typos that require more than a couple of quick fixes may be considered as a name change. This will be considered as a cancellation and according to our Policy fees will apply.
Phone number and e-email address. These changes are free of charge.
Departure date or time. When changing departure date or time, you must first select the ride you want to change. Then you can choose the new date or time from the available options and confirm changes. If the new ride is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If the new ride is cheaper, the difference will be issued to you as a voucher.
This change will be considered as a cancellation and according to our Policy fees will apply.
Additional and special luggage. You can add luggage up until 15 minutes before departure, depending on availability.

You'll receive a new booking confirmation by e-mail after every confirmed change.
If you originally purchased extras such as seat reservations, additional luggage, or bikes, you can check their availability when modifying your booking. If they are available, they will be listed in the summary of your updated ride. If an extra is not available, the amount you originally paid will be credited toward your new ride or refunded as a voucher, where applicable.
You can cancel the entire booking or just a part of your journey up until 15 minutes before departure and you will receive a full or partial refund in form of a voucher. Please click on**** Manage My Booking.

No, it's not possible to get on the bus at a later stop. Your ticket is only valid for the stop that you booked. If your plans change, don’t forget that you can change your booking up to 15 minutes before departure. For insurance reasons, the same applies to getting off the bus at an earlier stop than the one booked.
