Wheelchairs and walking aids registration

It is free to transport a folding wheelchair, walking aids or any other mobility aids. They are transported in the baggage compartment.

To allow us to check the options for transportation of a wheelchair, we request that the passenger informs us about the exact model of the wheelchair or other walking aids before booking.

Please click on the "Open form" contact option below, and fill out the relevant form by selecting subject "Passengers with disabilities" and specify "Wheelchair registration".

Requests should be submitted:

• In the case of transport in the passenger compartment - from 14 days and at least 7 days before departure.

• In the case of transport in the luggage compartment - no later than 36 hours before departure.

• Note: In Australia, if you want to travel sitting in your wheelchair, you can add your wheelchair during the booking process. In these cases, journeys should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
