Creating a customer account

You can register on our website to create a new account.

For the registration you can use your email address. After entering your email, you will receive a verification code to complete the registration process.


I did not receive a verification code

If you do not receive a verification code, please check that your email address was entered correctly. If your email address is correct, click on "Resend" at the bottom of the page.

Please make sure to also check your "Spam" or "Junk" email folder.

If the issue persists, contact our Customer Service team for support using the "Start chat" button at the bottom of this page.


Managing my account

After logging into your account, go to the "My Account" section. From there, you can manage your trips and easily check the departure time and address for all your upcoming journeys in one place.


Changing my personal data or deleting my account

You can change your personal data (excluding your email address) via the "My Profile" section in your account.

If you want to change your email address or delete your account, please contact our Customer Service team for support, using the "Start chat" button at the bottom of this page and asking to speak to an agent.
