Travelling with a foldable wheelchair

To make your trip as comfortable as possible, we recommend travelling with a companion who can assist you where required. After you have completed your booking, we book a place for your traveling companion or your service dog. You just need to contact our Customer Service at the latest 36 hours before departure by requesting the service animal or companion person registration via the "Start chat" option below.

It is important that you communicate your requirements to us (boarding and alighting assistance, notice of limited mobility, etc.) at least 36 hours before departure.

For journeys in Australia, please inform us about your requirements at least 24 hours before departure. 


My ride is operated by an external partner

Rides operated by external partners might have different travel policies. You can identify these rides when the partner's name appears on the left side of the booking process and on your ticket
