Safety onboard the bus
Your safety is our highest priority. Just like in passenger cars, you must wear a safety belt on a bus. Every seat has a safety belt and it must be secured for the duration of the trip.
Hold luggage, additional luggage and special luggage is transported in the baggage compartment. Your driver will ensure that everything is loaded correctly. Small soft bags or backpacks should be secured in the compartments above your seat.
All of our vehicles and electronic devices are tested according to the respective country regulations and are maintained regularly. Our drivers are qualified in the transportation of passengers and receive regular training. They are required to precisely adhere to the legally prescribed driving breaks and rest periods without exceptions. For this reason, there may be two drivers on board for longer trips, or there may be scheduled breaks. However, in exceptional cases, delays to the schedule may result in unplanned breaks. We ask for your understanding in such situations.
If you would like to share your feedback with us, please click on the contact buttons bellow and fill out the form. Your feedback is important to us, so we really appreciate it when you take the time to share it with us.
Emergency cases
If you want to report a concern that is important for the safety and well-being of our passengers, you can always talk to the drivers and staff. For serious concerns we advise you to contact local emergency services (e.g. call 112). You can also use one of the contact method you find at the bottom of this page.
Support in case of unwelcome conduct
Unwelcome conduct means conduct that an individual does not incite or solicit, and that the individual considers as undesirable or offensive. Flix cares about your safety – we think that personal space must be respected at all times, and we have zero-tolerance for forms of misconduct or violence.
In the unfortunate event of you witnessing or being a victim of misconduct on board, know that we are here to support you. Consider that you have the right to request to park the bus on the next stop and contact the police. Flix will collaborate with the authorities in case of an investigation. Check the information below to know how to act if you are either a victim or a witness:
If it’s happening right now
If you’re a victim, inform the staff or contact Flix Customer Service to report the situation – we are here to help you and we want to do it as fast as we can. For immediate support, do it via chat or call. You can see our contacts below. If possible, we recommend changing your seat.
If you are witnessing any inappropriate behavior, and if you feel safe, you might consider asking if the person that you are concerned about needs help. If they do, don’t handle it by yourself – inform our staff or contact Flix Customer Service to report the situation. For immediate support, do it via chat or call.
If it happened in a past ride
If you have been a victim or a witness of misconduct while travelling earlier, we are assuring you of our deepest sympathy. Reporting the case can lead to preventing the preparator to continue their behavior and ultimately to a safer network. If you feel you can share, please send or tell us the details about what happened. You can contact us via chat or call.
We take this issue very seriously and are committed to fight against it.
